Spirit Lake Idaho Embossed Wheel Thrown Pottery Mug

This is a hand made wheel thrown pottery mug.

It has a raised plaque with raised lettering on its front surface that says:

"Spirit Lake

Idaho"

The exterior surface is tritone with the lower 2/3 being primarily green and the upper 1/3 having a stripe of blue and the rest being tan.  This pattern continues on to the handle.

There is a signature etched into its bottom surface but I cannot make out what it says, please see the last photo.
