Features artwork wrapping around its exterior surface consisting of frogs jumping along the ground.
There are no manufacturer markings present. Based on its style, I strongly suspect this was manufactured by Otagiri.
Condition note: there is wear present on the bottom surface and a small dark mark just adjacent to this. Please see the wear and a red arrow pointing to the dark mark in the last photo. On the top of the handle is a contrasting blue mark.
