Flamingo Wearing a Checkered Skirt Colorful 3D Figural Mug Lotus

Here's a highly unusual mug!

It features a raised 3D flamingo on its front surface.  The flamingo is waring a green and white checkered skirt!

There are 8 green dots inside this mug on its bottom surface.

The handle on this mug is the flamingo's head and neck.

Condition note: a small piece of material can be heard trapped inside this mug when shaken.  It's a sort of a small rattle but I do not see any pieces broken off the mug so it must be due to the manufacturing process.
