Beautiful vintage mug!

Features artwork wrapping around the exterior surface of a lightly embossed otter holding on to a tree which has broken in half.

Also features a contrasting brown handle.

Although no manufacturer markings are present, I strongly suspect this mug was manufactured by Otagiri.
