Features lightly embossed artwork on its front surface depicting a cat inside of a blue rectangular dot frame.

Surrounding the frame are flowers which themselves are framed by blue dots.

On the rear surface is a lightly embossed square frame made of blue dots with flowers inside the frame.

Printed on the bottom left of the square frame is "©E. BROWND."

The rim is finished in blue on the exterior to match the interior.
