Return Policy | Mug Barista - Free Returns & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- If present returned items must have stickers still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact returns@mugbarista.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- We will reply promptly to confirm that we received your request
- Please reuse the original packaging to send the item back to us
Additional Information:
- Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 days
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, however the original shipping cost will be refunded
