This is an extremely rare mug! It is a taller than average measuring over 5 inches with artwork on its front surface depicting a black & white cat wearing a necklace.
Also has a ring of blue and black trim wrapping around its rim on the exterior surface.
Although no markings are present, based on its style I strongly suspect that this mug was manufactured by Otagiri.

This mug is pre-owned and reconditioned.
This mug has no chips, cracks, scratches, stains or crazing.
There is a raised area to the right of the handle on the rear surface, please see the 360 photo.
There is a small group of scratches on the trim below the rim. It's difficult to see in the photos but I pointed a red arrow at this area in the last photo. Also if you look carefully at the 360 photo you may be able to see it.
There are some minor imperfections on the interior and exterior surface.
Overall this mug is in very good to excellent condition.
