The U.S.S. Valley Forge was a Ticonderoga class cruiser in the United States Navy. It was commissioned on January 18, 1986.
This is a heavy diner style mug.

This mug is pre-owned and reconditioned.
This mug has no chips, cracks, scratches, stains or crazing.
There are some dark dots on the interior bottom surface, please see the second photo.
There is a light brown bit of extra ceramic material on the bottom rim, please see the last photo.
The gold trim on the handle is heavily worn with the underlying ceramic visible throughout most of it.
There are some minor imperfections on the exterior surface.
Overall this mug is in very good to excellent condition.
