Woman Wearing Glasses Lightly Embossed Double Handle Four Footed Mug

Here's a highly unusual and extremely rare mug.

It features lightly embossed artwork consisting of a woman wearing sunglasses on its front surface.

There are double contrasting blue handles and a base made up of 4 feet wearing green shoes.

There are lightly embossed dots wrapping around its exterior surface near the rim and lightly embossed swirls and flowers on its rear surface.

Condition note: there is a tiny white dot on the front right foot on the base.  It seems like a tiny spot where the green paint did not fully cover the ceramic material rather than damage as it is smooth to the touch.  Please see the 2nd photo for a look at this.
