Wally's Dream Ticket For 2008 Mug Tom Edwards

This ia highly unusual and rare mug.  It features artwork on its front surface depicting what I believe is a car with the following written above and to its left in a thought bubble:

On the rear surface is a paragraph that reads:

Wally's dream

ticket for 2008?

Hillary and

Oprah, simply

campaign

so cool."

Etched into its bottom surface:

"Tom
