Features an image on the front surface of the devil prodding a man with his pitchfork while the man looks at two doors.  One is labeled "DAMNED if you do", the other is labeled "DAMNED if you don't"

On the rear surface is another image of the devil holding a whip and standing among flames.

Condition note: there is a small spot on the handle where the yellow paint and glaze are absent.  This is a manufacturing defect and not damage.  It is shown in the 2nd photo where a red arrow is pointing to it.
