Sailboats And Seagulls Tankard Mug Otagiri

Features a lightly embossed oval plaque on its front surface with an image of seagulls flying over sailboats in the water.

There are no manufacturer markings present.  Based on its style, I strongly suspect this was manufactured by Otagiri.
