• This mug is pre-owned and reconditioned..
• This mug has no chips, cracks, scratches, stains or crazing.
• There are a few minor imperfections on the exterior surface.
• There are some pinholes from the manufacturing process present on the handle, these were not captured in the photos.
• There are some pinholes and an indentation from the manufacturing process present on the exterior lower surface opposite the handle, please see the blue arrow pointing to this area in the fourth photo.
• There is a tiny spot on the rim where the glaze is absent,  please see the red arrow pointing to this in the fourth photo.
• Overall this mug is in excellent condition. Please look carefully at the photos to see any imperfections present.
