• This mug has no chips, cracks, scratches, stains or crazing.
• There are some extremely tiny pin sized white marks on Poko's face and hair.  Please see the closeup image of this in the 7th photo where red arrows are pointing to the more obvious of these.
• There is a very small white scratch on one of Poko's eyes, please see the red arrow pointing to this in the 7th photo.
• Overall this mug is in excellent condition.
